Hello there! My name is Tom and I'm a Professional Pet Photographer based in Bristol, UK
My journey with pet photography started more than 10 years ago when I was volunteering in an animal shelter. I grabbed my camera with the idea to improve the portraits of the animals on the shelter's website. It not only brought more interest to the animals at the shelter, but also started my love for pet photography.
- I've been volunteering for over 6 years in various animal shelters across Europe, and adopted my best friend Roni from one of them
- I'm a proud dad to my cheeky 3 year old son and apart from my freelance work I work as a studio photographer for children at schools, nurseries and sports clubs
- I'm a member of the Royal Photographic Society, I also enjoy painting, playing chess & I'm a massive Lord of the Rings geek

My Approach
Having worked with hundreds of dogs and cats I understand what it takes to make them feel comfortable around a new person. With that in mind my goal is always to become friends with your pet to make their experience as relaxed as a walk in the park

There's no place like home that can make your pet feel more comfortable - that's why I will bring my portable studio to you! Being tailored to the size of your pet, my studio will fit in your living room (or a kitchen table to photograph a kitten)
Outdoor Photoshoots
Doesn't matter if it's a park, your garden, local forest or a beach - what matters is to capture that wagging tail! Let's take your furry companion to their favourite place for a photoshoot full of fun and action and take some beautiful natural portraits

Do you travel outside of Bristol?
Yes, I will travel outside of Bristol at my own cost up to a reasonable distance - any further travel expenses would be agreed in advance at the time of arranging the photoshoot.

I've booked an outdoor photoshoot but it's going to rain
In the case of bad weather the photoshoot will be postponed to the closest available date that suits you.

Should I take my pet for a groom before the photoshoot?
Usually a good brush and clean paws makes all the difference but of course it all depends on the individual needs of each pet.
I'd personally advise not to book groomers before outdoor sessions, in case it gets postponed due to bad weather.

How do I book a photoshoot?
Please either use the Contact Form or contact me via any of my social media. Let me know about your pet, what type of photoshoot you're interested in and what dates would be best for you and I will get back to you with my availability as soon as possible!

Online Gallery - How does it work?
When the photographs are edited you will receive a link to your own private online gallery. There you will be able to choose and download the digital photographs included in your photoshoot package and order prints or purchase extra digital files - you can find an Example Gallery in my Prints section.

Do I get the copyright of my photographs?
The photographer retains the copyright of all the photographs. Every purchased photograph comes with a license for printing and using it for personal use.
If you wish to use the photographs for commercial use please contact me to discuss it!

Do you photograph people?
